Not really, when you buy the game you follow sonic team standards, not schthack ones, pso bb is a bit different since you chose the server, but the jp server still remains

The items are legit under schthack standarts, under sonic team standarts they are as illegit as any other hacked weapon.

Whoever owns a certain server controls what is legit on 'that' server. What SCHTHack implemented is not legit on SEGA servers, and some weapons that are legit on SEGA are not legit on SCHTHack. There no one single legit, legitimacy differs from server to server.

But don't forget, a dark flow (in pso gc) means your illegit under sonic team standards because they never made the item obtainable online.
