Well, they will ask you for it, but if you can show prof then i guess they will return the item to you.
Keep in mind that pics don't always prove the item is legit, the GM already had they're share part of photoshoped pics, however if they know the item is hacked then it will be removed for sure.

Let's consider that schthack PSO BB uses the same % odds as in PSO GC, same drop rates and % calculations.
The drop rate is 1/12604 on gamecube with 0,16 % chance of beeing with 50% in any one of the 5 areas, since the weapon can have 2 areas with % at most then i see that as a very unlikely drop, possible but hard.
Keep in mind that you can tekk 40% to 50%, finding one with 40% is 0,67 %
