I think the Japanese version of PSO has an upload facility, but it was removed in the US and EU versions. If you use a BBA to connect your GC to the net then you can use a program called PSO Prozy if you have an ethernet card. You need a seperate memory card as well to store the images on. I think there is a small section on taking photos in the manual.
Or if you have a spare £60 (maybe less) you can get a TV tuner card like I do. That is why I can take full screen, high res images.
