Plus by using magic you can hit all enemies and get exp from everything. My FOnewm is the second strongest FO, he has max attack and with shifta 30 he has about 1500 something ATP but that only amounts to like 300 damage on ult. My HUmar (with nearly max atp-1321) with shifta 30 has about 2600 something, now thats worth it to melee as i do around 600 per hit with my BKB. FOs are destructive with magic so they should just stay that way, after theyre meant for "support" not "melee"
Nah way, i strongly disagree with ya there mate;
My FOmar is only Level 121 and has;
120 Pow Mag
2 God/Powers
S-Rank Twin +250
With his Level 26 Shifta his ATP goes up to around 1900. If i kitted him out with a higher Pow Mag and sorted his materials out, and got a better weapon his ATP would very close to, and perhaps even more than a HUmar of equivalent level. Besides its not just ATP and statistics that make a melee FOmar strong, its the fact he can have both Level 30 Shifta and Zalure, combined with powerful attack Techniques make him insanely versatile and strong, and a faster killer than a HUmar in the right players hands. I believe that often the only cause for a Hunter out damaging a FOmar, or any other Force in terms of melee, is due to the fact they have a larger range of weapons to choose from, which allow them to have a higher ATP in general.
And screw being "Just for support" I've never made a "Just for support" Character in an Online/Offline RPG in my life,and i never will; that isnt to say that i dislike helping people, but id rather assume the role of a powerful Character than spending my time being at others beck and call

Anyway i find FOmars to be the most fun, as they are the most versatile Characters in the game
