There are a few of us who still play Phantasy Star Online, online. For example, i myself went back online yesterday (Episode I&II)! And don't worry about Hackers/Dupers here. If there are those type of users who play online, they respect your opinions, and everyone elses regardless if they follow suit of what they do or not. It's the LAW!
Most of us besides are legitimate anyways.
The official ragol.co.uk server is EU:Alphard:06, although most of the time it appears empty!
