The red ring drop is not yet activated and even if it were, Purplenum doesn't find it Angry

My main character is a WHITILL and I spend most of my time in either Forest searching for the elusive tollaw drop (Handgun: Milla) or in Ruins hoping for any red boxes (Ult WHITILL ruins have many nice finds).
