It is unless you're advertising it in your signature. Since Faulkie has put the link in his signature space, it's OK...even though it's another forum. What's wrong with Ragol.co.uk's forum for all that Phantasy Star Online stuff you've got on their hmmm?
I would have said creating a thread just to advertise your site, especially forum, shouldn't be allowed, otherwise what's stopping everyone else from doing it, and then where'ed the wonderous Ragol.co.uk be? Also Advertising via. PM should also be disallowed. Take your warning Faulkie!
