hmm... I'd think so, usually hardware works together, just not the games from different regions... It does say that it works in all regions so I'd expect it to....
As for your key already being used, I've heard that you can contact ST and get a new one, but I've been unable to find where it is you contact them about that... or any definitive answer as to weither thats true or rumor
