So, you go back to the pioneer two, and revisit the boss fighting area, and the music is different, rico is standing near the monolith as well.

For Flowen, you need to use a Red weapon, such as a red Mechgun, Red Handgun, Red Saber, Red Sword, Red Partisan, etc. I think you need to use the red weapon the whole battle, and then again, when the battle is over, there should be a flash of a large blue ring, and the sam jingle again.
