The answer to your first 2 questions would be ; Get level 80; this is the level required to go into Online Ultimate games. However, if you are playing Offline, you will need to complete the game 3 times to get to Ultimate; it goes - Normal, Hard, Very Hard and then finally Ultimate, and the requirements for each difficulty go - 1 ,20,40,80. Your HUmar should be in Hard mode by now, thats when you begin to find rares.
