The seal opens when all techniques are used." is the inscription on the real Sealed J-Sword, though all the technique methods have been tried and I think it was found that the actual translation from Japanese didn't mention techniques like this.
Interestingly enough, another renowned hacker is claiming that Barubary was wrong with the 23,000 method and that it is in fact 100,000, but this person isn't known to be as helpful as Barubary was, so my money is on the 23k amount. I will keep you posted on this new claim when we hear more about it.
