Some bands that just don't cut it?

Some bands are just really crappy you know? And they try too hard to be great.. let's talk about those that just try too hard.. I hope there will be lots of FRIENDLY arguments here!

I think that Metallica and Slipknot are two of the posing metal bands.. I mean, Metallica has okay music but it got boring after a while.. Slipknot is the same thing, they are OKAY but not that great.. I listened to them for a few months and I found better stuff.. and btw I am NOT a pop/rap/r&b/etc. fan, so I can't really voice an opinion on that area.

The more you listen to an album usually the more it grows on you. Id say this is true for pretty much all metal. I cant seem to get bored of metallica though i always end up coming back to them no matter what ive been listening to. Slipknot are also a kick ass band if you take away their advertising image and ignore all the 5 year old kids wearing their hoodies.

Been rocking out mostly to In Flames alot recently check em out
