Nope, I got it online from Indi Belra in Skyly, after doing over 600 MA2 (Temple section) runs, took me 4 months =/

A friend has done about 300 Viridia Ice Spinner runs (I have done about 200 of them with him) and Yasha did not drop, there are over 120 Melqueeks in that quest.

You "can" get them offline, Yasha drops from Skyly VR Temple Indi Belra or Viridia Cave Melqueek.
