The easiest way to do it is using a TV tuner card. About £60 for mine.
The other alternative is PSO Proxy and the Broadband Adaptor. If you have a BBA, you can set it up so that you connect your GC to your PC via an ethernet card. You set your GC up to recognise the PC as a server and PSO Proxy to recognise the GC. You can then select a memory card where the pictures are stored and upload them to you PC.
I am not sure if the pictures are stored as JPEGS on the memory card or if PSO uses its own file system. If it uses JPEGS, then the USB memory card should be easiest. If not, then use PSO Proxy.
