Many people think you need Irista. Infact you must do the Gallons shop quest, and offer pagain 50+ Photon drops, then with a lv100+ Hunter with 800atp, equip the mkb and use the blue-black stone.
One more thing, congradulations you lucky son-of-a-*****  (I know, I know I already have one)
