the celestial armor is a non-rare (its like level 75 or so) and same for celestial shield. For your RAnger you want an Electro Frame and a Tripolic Shield (or Red Ring if you can manage to find it 
) As for a weapon, Froozen Shooter is good, or Guld Milla (good luck getting one legit, took me ages), or a spread needle (pretty easy to get if you have a Purplenum, just do Ruins runs).
