Yes, PSO ep. 3 IS GOOD, regardless of what everybody says : "Ewww! Card games are stupid!". I love the game. It is a perfect mix of PSO and a turn based strategy game. I have Broadband, but mine always caps out at 80 kbps, so I think you will be fine in that respect. I almost never experience lag, but I see other people have it Smile.

If you go online, you can find me on the US/Vega servers (Block 1/2) as Kiweki.
