Call me wrong or not, but I have a theory, and someone on another PSO forumI was scanning said it unsealed itself for no reason.
Anyway, my theory...
Defeat Dark Flaz on midnight On New Years Eve/Day and it would unseal, but it has to be on the 00:00
sounds impossible, so if that doesn't work, maybe a contest in Japan, like they did with Pokemon (Shudders) to get an exclusive Pokemon, one that has to be won from Japan.
Of course, you could always ask a freindly Hacker to, ARGH! MY MONEY!!!!!!!!! :paranoid:
