I believe they were planning to play Ep1&2 and not just Ep3.

Gallon's shop is available online to all players on every server.
There are no downloadable quests for anyone and likely won't ever be in Ep1&2 (for GC at least).

Now go online and meet the many hunters of Ragol (both the site and the place Tongue)
