He wasnt blaming it on anyone. Have a look a the lens and the disk. If the lens is dirty, try cleaning it off (but be careful because they are known to break easily). If the disk is dirty with scratches, try cleaning it off. You can get little machine things in the Argos Catalogue (thats for if you live in England), were you put your disk in, spray it with some stuff and turn this thing round, which wipes your disk. Or check at your local video store, as they have machine were you put the disk in and its cleans and get rid of scratches. Ive used this method numerous times, and it is most probably the best way of cleaning up your disk
