rifles or lanuchers whch are better for you

in some situations, Launchers (i.e. Photon Launcher, Guilty Light, Red Scorpio...) are better than rifles, because they hit up to 4 targets per bullet, and do not need to lock to hit. For instance launchers can hit the Dragon (or Sil Dragon, Gol Dragon, Gal Gryphon) while it's flying, try it. Try it on De Rol Le/Dal Ra Lie or Barba Ray, too, you'll understand why Launchers > bosses

Rifles can hit them to.just not as many times, still i like rifles best.
