Yes, to the best of my knowledge, the Xbox version is online only, no offline play wotsoever!! Hence the long delay, decrease in sales, and future gamecube exclusive!! SEGA obviously over-estimated the power/popularity of Xbox Live!
Decs, that very true, they update the JP servers constantly, so if they can play from day 1, why cant we, becos surely they must have to make the servers available to the Japanese from day1, does that mean wen the new game arrives, Japs have millions of worldwide servers all to themselves?!
