How to connect with a DC nowdays

:S Used to work....
So, :beard: when one pulls out the old dusty DC, finds with amazement that it still works, remembers the good old days online. Tries it... :| Nothing, cant connect....
Does Dreamcast PSO still work with the internet? :alien:
When i dial, it says line is busy, i have reset my mem cards, and lost the dreamcard disk :'( , this may be a reason, but when dialing, it says that the line is busy....could this be this? or that i have adsl on the line.
I have also thought it may be because that the phone number it is dialing up with is out of date...no?
