Looking for drop charts (Skyly)

I noticed a little imperfection with the drop charts in that they seem to be horribly misleading...
Consider for a moment the Pinkal Pal Rappy drop rate for Agito 1975. To the untrained mind this could imply that a player will find one Agito within twenty-one Pal Rappy appearances... I therefore take a FRACTION and convert it into a PERCENTAGE, which while being messier is a lot less misleading and also adds a sense of realism in that most stuff has less than a 1% chance of dropping (or in the case of a theory possessed by a friend of mine, less than a 1% chance of the program allowing drops to actually allow the item to drop).

Yet in the drop rate you mention the fraction when converted to a percentage is 4.762% (which is quite a bit more than 1%).

Heyf00l did use percentages at one point, but fractions are more accurate, as the conversion to percentage leads to a huge number of decimal places.

The actual drop rate for the PINKAL Pal Rappy is 1/21.3 iirc.
