A 1/21 fraction could be anything between 1/20.5 and 1/21.5 whereas 4.762% could be 4.7615% to 4.7625%. Much more accurate...
I meant that in something as commonly used as his charts, he had to use small numbers so people weren't too confused by it, so the percentages used were more inaccurate. It would be most accurate to have them listed exponentially or so Sounomi was always telling me, therefore her rates were probably the most accurate.
I really don't see how 1/21 is more misleading than 4.762%. Both seem to be quite a high chance to me.
Perhaps you would be happier if our drop charts said 4.7619047619047619047619047619048%?
