I'm not altogether sure I was limiting my speech to Ultimate. I was generalising, though the bit with the Sil Dragon WAS purely Ultimate stuff. Allow me to explain, therefore, that I've encountered bosses on ALL FOUR DIFFICULTIES that have failed to cough anyhing up at all.

Have you actually seen the drop anything rates for bosses? Or are you going on what you have just "heard"?
You clearly just said that Sil Dragon hasn't dropped anything sometimes despite all bosses usually having a 100% drop anything rate.

Nobody sticks ideas in the heads of those three =/ As all three have studied the game data in huge depth without input from each other and all come to the same conclusion, I think it is safe to say that their information is more accurate than your's.

I think you may have misunderstood what Kefka was saying.
Once you have seen all the rules for something, you can be certain that nothing can occur outside of those rules, without them being altered (which is impossible in this case without hacking or a new quest/game disc being released).

If the game data says nothing about an item appearing in the wall with no enemies/boxes around, then it will never happen (unless you modify the game data in some way). As the game data says nothing about olga flow dropping an item (or says that the chance of it happening is 0 to be more accurate) it won't happen. Because we know the game data says this, it makes such statements as your's sound like blatant lies as what you are saying is impossible without modifying your game disc.

Believe what you want to believe, but I found the Parasitic Gene: Flow twice, and you can't disprove that.

In a sense, he already has by stating what the game data says. You on the other hand cannot prove to anyone here that you have found the gene flow. The only "proof" you can offer is that "nothing is perfect" so the game data must just be inaccurate in your case.

The game data told Barubary that the Sealed J-Sword was unsealed after a set number of kills. There is video evidence of this as well as confirmations by reputable pso players.
The game data told anyone who has looked at it that the Falz and Olga drops can never happen (without a new quest or game disc). There is no video evidence to say otherwise and no reputable players have ever got anything from either boss. There are only claims made by people on message boards.
