Aye, you did everything right. Olga flow has 2 stages (In all difficulties) the white light you need to 'catch' to start the last half of the battle. Normal shouldn't be too hard especially with a lv43 HUcaseal (I'm a HUcaseal fan so I'm overconfindent you'd kick it's ass 
) All I can say is dogde and attack. There's really no good battle tactic for Olga unless you're a force/mage. And obviously in this case you aren't. Sorry but that's all I can do to help. ^_^;
