Thanks for writing back. I double-checked the information that we have
on Phantasy Star Online: Episodes I and II Plus, and it hasn't changed
-- you cannot transfer a character from one game to another. Since Sega
produces this title, you may want to contact them for some additional

well this is an email from nintendo. saying u cant transfer again. What the hell is going on. is sega trying to get peeps to buy it? and then rip us off saying that u cant transfer.
