Not sure on any of them. But half way in terms of experience isn't level 100, it's about 180 I think. So if takes 400 hours to get to 180, it's going to take anouther 400 to get to 200!!! Which is why you don't see many 200 level players. Most people just start on another character. I know someone with about 4+ charaters at level 160. They could have probably had a level 200 characer but only one main character! hehehe.
