Pinkal DOES NOT find more or better tech disks, and materials drop the same for all IDs as well.
Pinkal sucks, you're at Lv 51, so you have not yet experienced Pinkal's crappiness.
Magic Rock "moola" is used to make a weapon, Summit Moon, which is an excellent FOnewearl weapon, don't try to be a wise ass next time, and try to be actually useful.
Once you get Fire Scepter:Agni, Ice Staff
agon, Storm Wand:Indra which are incredibly common, and Magic Rock "moola" which is not rare at all, it's over for Pinkal, there's nothing else really good about it.
In other words, it sucks big time.
