The book was taken out of PSO 1+2 for Gamecube and Xbox, but i think it told you how to get the Oritagito (SP?).

I only know the drop rates for Skyly, so here they are...
Sange - Mil Lily (1/2 chance)
Yasha - Indi Belra (1/28,234 chance) (Its some big number like that anyway....)
Then you combine then for the Sange & Yasha weapon.
