I thought we already discussed drop-rate fractions in another topic about a month ago, and how I prefer percentages. I see now that there is another ulterior motive to my use of percentages: avoiding confusion based on partial enemies in drop-rate fractions.
Mathematically speaking I'm not wrong.
Realistically speaking, people who round the fractions up to get full enemies are either pedantic or pessimistic.
Is Kefka both, by any chance?
