PSO servers AND homepage down? whats going on?

yeah, the PSO servers AND the homepage is down, does this mean that sega are having trouble with the servers or what? (btw im not sure if its the matenance posted on the ragol.co.uk homepage or not, i dunno what japanese time is in GMT)
