You need a Female Force with an ID of either VIRIDIA, BLUEFUL, REDRIA, or WHITILL. At level 100 (or any level after that), if the stats conform to the equation DEF + DEX = POW + MIND then you will get a Sato mag. If your main char is not any of the above IDs, just raise your mag as normal, then when your mag hits lvl 99, just stop and create a new char with one of those IDs. Let this new char feed the mag the last lvl until it becomes a sato.
