Gynn Rei summed it up pretty much...mind if I chip in?

PSO3...hmmm... It is not good.

If you want PSO action and fun, play PSO1+2.
If you want GOOD card games, play Yugioh or Magic the Gathering.

PSO3 is a poorly made cross between the two...
