Skyly does find the Graviton Plate. Not much better than Celestrial I believe. I also think its found in Hard and Very hard but I am not sure. Perhaps ask someone else who knows Tongue. Currently, I am using Divinity Armor Sad. But I do have 4 metal bodies which are a great help if you doon't have God Bodies or good armor.
