This might not help for "anime bodies" but for general poses, you might want to pick up one of those wooden skeletal figurines from a craft store.
They just look like wooden dolls, no realistic features or clothes or anything. The joints are really stiff, and they come with stands, so you can position it in any pose you need and it'll hold it.
They're perfect for just getting your general poses and prespectives down.
