its better to get high dex mag with somethin around 50-60 dex i dont like to fill my slots on high lvls with stat units... it would be better if you can use cure items or god/hps in it 
Mind isnt that important for a Ramar...

5/145/50/0
for lvl 200 your mag would be good with
5/157/38/0
You can get lower power if you used alot of Power mats... so you can raise mst instead of power on your mag... but this depends on how many mats you used...
The higher your lvl get you can go down with Dex... but at beginning a high power/dex mag would be the best choice...
