thats not true, half the ranger is the weapon, and half is the battle tactics, there are lots of suttle movements in battle that let you dodge, get and extra attack, and attack faster just by pushing certain buttons. After that all you need is sufficient level(120+ should do it) but im a hunter guy so i could be horribly wrongSad
