Question about the Ragol mag system

I got a small question regarding the mag system thats on the Ragol message boards. When I checked my mag yesterday, it had full health. However, when I just checked it, some of its health was missing.

Exactly how does a mag loose health?
Episode 1 & 2 (GC)
Renaissance - Skyly HUcaesal - lv135
Ryo - Purplenum RAcast - lv112
Ator - Redria FOmarl - lv41

Blue Burst/Episode 4 (BB)
Calor - Skyly HUmar - lv134
