Its depends on how many power mats you give your hucast and what mag you wanne use... You should use them with lvl 1 when you get a good power > dex mag and a used a lot of power mats ^^

There is an nice programm thats called Character Manager where you easiely can plan your chars and see what Stats it will have on any lvl Smile
