Firstly, if you want to use claws, equip a god/battle.

Then Rika can be equipped by 8 characters (all but Forces), while Nei's and HoP can only be equipped by HUnewearl -- fake Nei's can be equipped by all Hunters.

But you're forgetting an excellent claw that all characters bar FOnewearl can equip, the Morning Glory, truly an excellent claw, that looks really cool, too.

I do use claws myself from time to time, in areas like Forest, Temple or Cave, though.
