Like someone said before, the description of the cards are still on the card but there isn't data for them (ie MV, HP etc). So they can't be unlocked. These include Gee, the tentacle monsters 
, delsaber, pal rappy, del lily. But using simple cheats you can swap skins of these monsters for a normal monster and play with them, but use the old monster stats.
