yes as you lvl up your ATA will increase so will your EVP and your hit rate will increase, especially with so many lvls to get by making sil dragon runs.

I use a sword myself as they have a lot of ATP and no ATA negatives however if you want to see more numbers come up rather then just 2 big numbers then by all means go for the slicer, i suggest using a sword or saber when he's on the platform and then a slicer when he's swimming

he has more HP... switch your tactics in the beginning to killing the towers that shock you rather than the screens...(he has the much HP, killing the screens and then killing the towers takes so much longer) and the second for is the same, just take your time and remember that there are spots where you cannot get hit, kill off the Healing part and pick at him till he dies
