A good trick is if your trying to make a Ep2 mag make all stats level 25. Raise everything to but one to 25, then give it to the right character with the right ID for that mag you want. Next give the mag to that character, with the right item to raise the last stat to 25. Feed the mag the item when its hungry. It should change inti that char/ID specif mag. I have done this with my Pushan and Nidra. They won't change back after that. If you have already gone past level 100, make all stat levels divisible by 5. (Ex. 105, 110, etc...) and then follow from the last step. Its worked for me twice and a friend as well. Darkmatter can conferm.
