If you have done what I said the you should get a Rati instead.
This is the stats to get a Ila DEX > POW > MIND ( DEF < 45 ). Meaning DEX has to be bigger then POW, Pow has to be bigger MIND and DEF has to be less than 45. The stats for the other mag you keep getting is POW > MIND > DEX ( DEF < 45 ). See the difference? Check your stats again. It took me awhile to learn to read the stats properly. Keep on trying.
