Jep, certainly for the amature players. Beating Falz before lvl 45 would certainly be no challenge. The only thing that is bothering is the hp and the road to Falz and even getting there before you reach that lvl 45.
I would suggest an Arm or a Calibur, a saber is good in the beginning but annoying later on. although the delsaber combo is great.
