It's better than some other Ult rares... the ones that have 1 in 10 or 20 thousand drop rates. At least with piping you can increase your chances; it's just a matter of time. ...a LOT of time... :ermm:

I've never piped for any 1/21 rare-enemy items before... but when I do, I'll probably have something else to do while I wait. Because there is no way I will ever pipe for that long just watching the screen. Tongue
