I think so too Zeank.

I'll list all the weps i know that do techs.

Foie-Hildibear cane (rod), eylson (saber), cadudes (rod), dragon's claw (claw)

Gifoie- Twin blaze (twin)

Barta-Technil crozer (cane)

Gibarta- Hildiblue cane (rod)

Zonde- Magical peice (cane)

Gizonde- Sigh of a God (single strike cane), and Power mazer/mazer beam (Single strike launcher)

Shifta and Deband- Sinow red blades (dagger) (does both, it's random)

Jellen and Zalure- S-ranks, profets of Mohaw (cane, sorry cant spell it)

Megid (weak,doesn't really work)- Soul Banish (scythe), Evil curst (single strike cane).

Rafoie,Rabarta,Razonde,Resta,Anti, Ruyker, Grants- none yet
Main Chars.
