DC rare chances are a lot different from GC chances. The dropcharts are totally different, largely because there's no Episode 2 in DC (um, I'm pretty sure of this, but I've never seen the DC version myself, only its dropcharts).

Anyway, yes, the Red Handgun is quite pleasant to use. Only problem with it is, if you happen to be having one of those rare-box-obsessed days (the kind of day when you keep thinking "OMG a rare, oh wait, no, that's just [insertredobjecthere]"), you may occasionally mistake your own gun for a rare box. XD

...well, at least I do... Tongue

And, well, the special isn't that great either (give me HP/TP steal/drain specials any day... which is why I like my Red Saber Big Grin). But it's pretty powerful, at least.
